Sunscreen has now been scientifically proven as the number 1 skincare product that you that you need to use on a daily basis. “Why?” you may ask? Well, not only will sunscreen help prevent skin cancer, but it will also help to slow down the skin’s ageing process. However, not all sunscreens/sun creams are created equal.
Living in Australia and going on an International trip means that you will endure an incredibly long-haul flight. To give you some context, having travelled to Europe a few times, the total flight time can take anywhere between 21 to 26 hours. This week, I will be headed to New York City with a light 21 hour flight awaiting us. For an antsy, impatient person this is a very challenging feat having to sit in one spot for such a long period of time so I wanted to share some things that I do to make the time more bearable.
